Simply return the jewellery creation by registered courier or in-store and our sales representatives will complete the exchange or store credit once the item is recieved in its original condition.

We accept all major credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) on our online store.

If you would prefer to pay by Paypal, please contact us by phone or online request and we will send you an electronic invoice.

For our clients with Chinese accounts, we accept WeChat Pay, AliPay and UnionPay by request.
